The Cannonball engine in East Park is drawing near the end of its season. On weekends the Cannonball engine is open for visitors and is all volunteer-led. They are looking to cover two more weekends.
Volunteers will assist an experienced volunteer in greeting kids and their parents and supervising their experience in the engine. Volunteers can sit in the engine or work in the sales depot (booth) to help sell t-shirts, whistles, and hats. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is friendly and enjoys teaching and/or working with children.
