One Vision

One Vision has been providing services for people with mental, physical, and intellectual disabilities to North Iowans for 50 years. Our Vision is to inspire meaningful lives by connecting people with purpose. Our mission is to support individual choice by providing services that lead to greater purpose and independence through our core values of acceptance, advocacy, and accountability.

One Vision is a nonprofit charitable organization that provides services to more than 550 individuals with disabilities and other needs so they may achieve greater independence through personal choice and community involvement. Our vision is to inspire meaningful lives as a result of connecting people with purpose by helping them find jobs in their community, supporting them in homes that meet their needs and wants and encouraging them to pursue personal interests.
